「県民の日学校ホリデー」は、毎年11月21日から11月27日までの「あいちウイーク」期間中の平日１日を、学校や市町村が指定して学校休業日とするものです。

「ラーケーションの日」は、学び（ラーニング）と休暇（バケーション）を組み合わせた、愛知県初の新しい学び方・休み方であり、学校外での体験や学びの活動を、子どもが保護者等と一緒に計画し、平日に実行できる日です。
登校しなくても欠席とはならず、年に３日まで（今年度は２日まで）取ることができます。９月以降、準備が整った学校や市町村から順次、実施します。
